Contest~~~~Contest~~~~Contest

Announcing the winner of my Contest

~~~~Suz from Whimseys~~~~
Congrats and a surprise magnet is on your way.
Here is the complete photograph
Thanks all for playing I hope you had fun.
As promised today is Friday and here's more of my photograph. Thanks to all that have guessed.  Hope your having fun.
One thing you all know about me, is I love contests. So here is another one.   Being a photographer of course my contest is related to photography as always.  I have posted a photograph of part of an item.  I will let you ponder over the object below and leave comments on what you think it is.
After 2 days, if nobody has guessed it, I will post another photo of the same object only a bigger area. Again you can leave comments and ponder over that one.
Then on Sunday,  September 14th I will reveal the complete photograph and hopefully the winner.  In case of a tie, I will use the Rodometer*..........that is my Boyfriend who will pick the winner out of a bucket very fair and square.
Here is the first photo.
So HAVE FUN and keep guessing, I love reading all your funny comments.
**Rodometer is my boyfriend who will pick the winner out of a bucket very fair and square.
I think its chocolate vanilla swirl ice cream!
Is it a closeup of a candleholder?
Or maybe some kind of potters wheel?
A mug of milky coffee which has just been stirred? Very fast!
Hey Bethy, how did you get a photo of the back of my wrinkly thigh? I'm off to look for secret cameras in this house.
A roll of ace bandage or masking tape.
It looks just like the top of a roll of wadding to me!
Looks like part of one of drawings in the sand to me1
Jeeze, this looks tricky.
Hmmm, sand that you went over with a brush or something.
Or is it Chauncy's leg like she suggested?
You've really stumped the stars - I've looked and pondered - I can't wait to see a tiny more of the photograph - at this juncture, it's a mystery to me.
I think it's a bowl of hummus.
Well, I don't think this is what it is but it reminds me of a roll of insulation like you put in the attic but why on earth you would be privy to that is beyond me. But what the heck. I gotta be me. :)
It also reminds me of tree rings but, if it is, it is out of focus and I can't see you having an unfocused photo.
It's not Johnny Depp. Thank Heavens.
This could be the bottom of a steam bucket! You know the woven sort that Chinese use to steam their dim sums:)
I think it looks like a roll of tickets. But it took the second picture to come up with that.
I was going to say a roll of tickets, but someone beat me to it.
I's definitely a roll of sorts.
Ooh! It looks like a saucer. Probably not....
This is fun.
A roll of veneer strips or strips for weaving? Hey....I gotta get my crazy guesses in along with everyone else. Definitely not Chauncey's legs though!
artmixter said...
It's a roll of something... made me think of paper, first, then of some kind of veneer... oh, I don't know (grin).
edge banding ~ what is Rod up to? Or is it dear old dad?
Pamela Baker said...
I would definitely say a potter' wheel - spinning clay.
Six I like your DairyQueen suggestion!
It's a Pearl plate.
Are these coiled strips of quilling paper?
